Start every meeting with one click, just tap the ‘Join Meeting’ button on the room control panel and you are good to go. Furthermore, the room control panel boasts the same familiar look and feel to the PC/Mobile client, ensuring a smooth user experience without technology frustrations.

As soon as you enter the room Microsoft Teams will give you the option to add the room to the meeting. Add with one click and your device will join in content-only mode; enabling the room systems to provide HD audio and video. As others join on separate devices in the room, MS Teams will recommend connecting without audio, avoiding the possibility of feedback or echo and in doing so, optimising the meeting experience.

Physical whiteboards can become part of the meeting experience for remote participants thanks to content cameras and intelligent capture. As the team in the room start putting their ideas down, the content camera will focus in on the whiteboard for all to see.
